It can look strange when a DSC signs fine on one portal and fails on another. Each portal checks the certificate on its own terms.
Why this happens
- The DSC is registered on one portal but not the others.
- The PAN or name on the DSC does not match the user on the failing portal.
- The other portal needs a different signer utility.
- A different browser setting is blocking that portal.
Fix
- Register the DSC separately on each portal from its profile or settings page.
- Check the certificate class and PAN against the account.
- Install the portal specific signer and run it as administrator.
- Use the browser the portal recommends.

Do I need a separate DSC for each portal?
No. One valid Class 3 DSC can usually be registered on several portals.
Why does it say certificate not found?
The signer cannot see the token. See the token not detected guide.
