Refund Policy

1. DSC Certificate Refunds

Digital Signature Certificates are digital products issued by a licensed Certifying Authority (CA) under the Government of India. Once a DSC has been successfully issued and downloaded to your USB token, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• Before KYC verification: Full refund available if you request cancellation before the Aadhaar eKYC / video KYC process begins.
• After KYC, before issuance: A partial refund may be considered at our discretion, minus CA processing charges (typically ₹200–₹400).
• After DSC issuance: No refund is applicable, as the certificate has been issued by the CA and cannot be revoked for refund purposes.
• KYC failure: If your KYC fails due to a CA/system error (not due to incorrect information provided by you), a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

2. USB Token Refunds

• USB tokens that have not been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund.
• Dispatched tokens can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.
• Tokens that are damaged due to manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period.

3. Refund Process

• Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and reason for refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• GST component (18%) may be non-refundable as per applicable tax regulations if CA charges have been incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• DSC issued successfully but unable to work on a specific portal due to portal-side issues.
• Customer provided incorrect information causing KYC failure.
• Change of mind after DSC issuance.
• Delay in delivery of USB token due to courier or address issues beyond our control.
