Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) — No Shipping Required
Your Digital Signature Certificate is issued digitally. Once the Aadhaar eKYC process is complete and payment is confirmed, the DSC is generated and downloaded directly onto your USB token — no physical delivery needed for the certificate itself.
If you already have a compatible USB token (ePass HYP2003 or ProxKey), your DSC can be ready within 10–30 minutes with zero waiting for delivery.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping is included in the USB token price (₹590 incl. GST) for all orders within India.
- No additional shipping charges are levied.
- For bulk orders (10+ tokens), dispatch timelines will be communicated separately.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad): 1–2 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 2–4 business days.
- Remote / J&K / North-East India: 5–7 business days.
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or natural events beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your token is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier name via WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier partner's website.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
