1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Bizgroww or using our website at www.bizgroww.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Bizgroww is an Authorized Registration Authority (RA) facilitating the issuance of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) through licensed Certifying Authorities (CAs) approved by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Government of India. We also supply USB crypto tokens for DSC storage.
3. Eligibility & KYC
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase a DSC.
- You must provide accurate, complete identity information for KYC verification.
- Providing false or misleading information is a criminal offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- DSC issuance is subject to successful Aadhaar eKYC / Video KYC verification as mandated by the CA.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed are inclusive of 18% GST unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
- Payment must be made in full before DSC issuance begins.
- We accept online bank transfers, UPI, and other payment methods as communicated via WhatsApp.
5. DSC Issuance
- DSC issuance is typically completed within 10–30 minutes of successful KYC and payment.
- Issuance timelines are estimates and may vary due to technical issues at the CA or government portals.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Aadhaar server downtime, CCA portal outages, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of Bizgroww and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bizgroww's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a DSC on any government or private portal.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
